Check to make sure that the option for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes and that you have an [M] showing after the symbol name in the Chart Header. This will tell us if you are getting the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

If you have the [M] showing, then follow these instructions to re-download the data:
