Hey there,

I'm unable to place any trades and wondering if you can help. Here is the error message I'm receiving:
"SC Futures Order Routing/Data order update (Order reject). Info: TT order update (Rejected). Text: Account ac133442 not found. Text: Parent order. Tag: 2TargetsWithBEStop.twconfig. After the events with TT routing last month, I let my service package expire. After funding my Amp account again last week, I followed the direction from them to switch over to CQG by filling out a form but subsequently saw the TT issue had been rectified so didn't complete the setup of CQG and, instead, reactivated everything directly through SC this weekend. At this point, if I'm honest, I have no idea where I'm at between SC and Amp, and my account balance in SC isn't updating, and I could use some guidance on what I need to do here to be able to trade again.
