When I was on simulator, I clicked the "Flatten" button quite often to get out of a position and it worked fine. I've noticed that when I am live, it does not close the position. It just cancels the stop and take profit orders. And then I have to manually right click the chart to actually close the position. Why is this, and how can I get that button on the trade window working?
