The first thing is to make sure that you have setup your Sierra Chart to connect to your CQG account. Follow the instructions here: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions After you have completed the above, select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" to translate any already open charts to the CQG symbols.
