The Web-Based Trading Portal is no longer valid for your account. That portal is only functional for the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, which you are no longer using due to the change to CQG. That is why it is not showing the correct information.

If the Message Log is popping up, then there is usually a good reason for it. We would be curious to see what message you are getting that keeps it popping up. But, in order to prevent the Message Log from coming up, you can set this option:
General Settings Window: Never Automatically Open Message Log or Trade Service Log (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Log >> Log)
