Hello,

I am consistently losing the data connection several times per hour. The software always reconnects, but these outages are very frustrating. During this time, I know that other software is still streaming on my machine, so it is not the internet connection itself. It is a Sierra Chart specific issue. Below are two of the example error codes I consistently see and the server frequently used. I pinged the server several times (also tried d22 and d21) with and without Sierra Charts running and each time 100% of the requests timed out. Several other sites pinged had mid teens ms round trip times and 0% packet loss. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
