Hi, Sorry to be a pain. I followed the above instructions with no improvement. I adjusted the setting in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings Then went to: Edit >> Delete All Data And Download. I attached a screen shot showing the Global Settings and the the chart with limited data. Regards, Daniel
