Your Service is not set to CQG, therefore you did not follow the instructions. Note that the Data/Trade Service Settings has a new look, but the general instructions are still valid. If you are having a problem working with these new windows, then you will find the information for how to work with them here:

In particular, reference this section for how to select the Service:

The important thing is to change the Service in File >> Data/Trade Service Settings to CQG WebAPI and then select the A button and then enter the Username and Password given to you by AMP in the appropriate locations.
