The problem is that your Denali Exchange Data Feed is not active and as such, the system is trying to get the data from CQG, but you are not authorized for that either.

We see that your Market Data Agreements have not been completed, as they were missing your Trading Account information. At this time, you should go through the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed and make sure everything is setup properly. One item, in particular, is that you should change your package to Package 11, which includes the data feed fee (exchange fees are still extra). Refer to the Setup Instructions here:
