As we have said many times to Sierra Chart users over the years. It is important that you are in control and do not pay for Sierra Chart through a broker. That is not the preferred way. If you had an interruption, take responsibility, and have AMP cancel billing of your SC account through your AMP trading account and tell us that is done and then pay for your SC account directly thereafter to Sierra Chart.

However, this is not even going to be necessary any longer because we are going to make this the case for all Sierra Chart users using Sierra Chart through a broker whether that is AMP or Transact, effective the end of March or the end of April 2021.
