What has happened is that Amp have set it up using my old Amp AC######. This has caused numerous issues.
Please immediately contact AMP and tell them to cancel all Sierra Chart billing through them.

You then need to Login to Sierra Chart using your original account:
Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Login with a Different Sierra Chart Account Name

And then activate the services that you need:

Make sure you are logged into this website with your original Sierra Chart account.

Wait until March Before activating any exchanges.

3. I have 'Translated Symbols' but keep getting errors.
Almost certainly the errors relate to market data which will be resolved once you have the necessary CME exchange active.
