Hi, I recieved an email from sierra chart with a new username, followed the steps to create a password and to then change my data feed to cqg. I can login into sierra chart yet when i change the feed to cqg, it brings an error message saying incorrect username or password. I'm unsure if ive done something wrong, or not as ive followed each step numerous times now and still have the same outcome. Ive also tried switching to cqg with my previous username and that has the same outcome. Any help on the matter is much appreciated. Kind regards, Joe Thorp
