What you are seeing with the Moving Average is simply due to the fact that you have them set to a length of 60. Therefore, they do not start until 60 bars have passed. We are not able to reproduce what you are seeing with the Cumulative Delta Bars, but this would most likely be due to issues with the data feed. Since you are on CQG, the historical data only goes back a few days, so we think what you are seeing is due to that. One way to alleviate this issue is to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed instead.
