I had to hit Edit >>Delete All Data and Download several more times and it finally loaded the past data. Not sure why it didn't work the first few times but it works now. Thanks We have checked our servers, and they are all available and the data is there. We are not sure why you would have to do this repeatedly. Does not make much sense.
