As a follow up question: I'm happy with the historical daily data provided by CTS T4. My recent few support requests have been to do with handling Historical Daily data from SCs server. If I were to downgrade to package 1 from package 3, would this mean that all my data (including historical data) came in via CTS T4 and not SC historical data? I just bought another 6 months today, would you be able to process the downgrade for me if it resolves these issues?
