I'm actually in the queue with AMP chat over this very issue. Thanks for posting they changed the form. Their form did only provide for DATA FEED and not the current "Sierra Chart - Denali - CQG (No Data - Order Routing only) selection for the "Which Datafeed?" question. Reading this reply will help some users who filled out the form early in the process.
