Your active account is Transact_User_superdoug3. That is what you should always be logging in with. The other account is no longer active. We think you are seeing the new Modify Text window, which is a good thing. All you need to do is to grab a corner of the window and drag it out in order to make it larger. You could also grab an edge and drag. When you move your pointer over the corner/edge you will see it change to a left-right arrow indicating that you can change the size. If you have issues with this, then we want you to update to the latest release. There were some improvements made to that particular window, although they should not impact the ability to resize. Still, update and then see if you still have an issue resizing it.
