In order to activate the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you will need to pay for it. The $36.00 you have already paid is for the Sierra Chart Software Usage of Package 5 for 1 month. The Denali Exchange Data Feed is another cost separate from the Software Usage Time. Since this is your first time getting this data, the remainder of the calendar month in which you activate it is free. Therefore, you do not need to add any funds to your account right now for the data through the remainder of February. But then on March 1, 2021 you will be billed $23.25 (assuming the exchange you listed above) for the month of March.
