You do not need a funded broker account in order to get the Real-Time U.S. Stock Data. That requirement is just for the CME Group. Our U.S. Equities data does include the Bid and Ask trade information. But, just so you are aware, it does NOT include Level 2 Market Depth Data. The U.S. Equities data is part of the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.
