Yes this is what the exchange requires. This is very a big problem, all cboe indexes are very important but the cost is too high for those who needs only delayed data or don't have a trading account. If Barchart needs $ 1 a month I would be happy to give it them for the data. Are you sure there are no other ways to get cboe inexes at low cost from other data providers? We do plan a CBOE Futures data feed which will have the volatility index futures data, in the near future but that is not available. As for the VIX future there is already in the feed of the CFE which is part of the CBOE, VXG21-CFE Having the index would be better but in the meantime ... Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-02-04 20:52:32
