All we can say is that it is something we continue to monitor. As you note, the issue is bandwidth, on both ends (our outgoing and the users incoming). We have made some good improvements lately that have helped in this matter, but we just need more time to monitor the situation and see what we can do. But we cannot say what they will be or when. You will just have to keep an eye on the forum sticky posts, or the Release Notes to see if there is a change to the MBO filtering.
