Sierra Chart is not a free program. And it is very inexpensive with what we charge for it. Effectively what you were paying was more like a license type fee from the exchange. You were not paying for market data and not reliable and long-term historical data. What we recommend you do is cancel the CME full market depth exchange fee and go to their top of book which is 3 USD per month.So you have to look at what you are willing to pay per month and make the necessary adjustments. And that is going to be with the CME fee. You should want to pay us more and pay the CME less. And if you have a complaint about CME fees, then complain to them.
