Updated information regarding Transact: We intend a 3 month transition plan, ending April 30, 2021 (we can be somewhat flexible with this date) for Transact customers under the old billing arrangement with Transact to begin to pay for Sierra Chart directly to Sierra Chart. They will have available to them our new packages which include our "Denali Exchange Data Feed".
We will support automatic credit card billing and they will have access to the full functionality of Sierra Chart. In the next couple of weeks we will put together some instructions for them on how to proceed. And the customers can take their time, to take advantage of this change at their own pace. The posts in this thread have been edited to be consistent with the quoted section just above. Additionally, we have have implemented the capability to automatically bill a credit/debit card. So you will decide whether you want to pay for Sierra Chart in 1, 3 or 6 month increments, you get a discount when paying for multiple months, and then you can automatically have your card billed.
