If you activate the exchange that includes the Market Depth data, then you will get the Market Depth data. You also mentioned that you were interested in the DAX data. We are working on a new implementation of the data from the EUREX exchange, which should be done this week. Therefore, please just wait until we have that complete, at which time you will be able to add the EUREX exchange as part of the Denali Exchange Data Feed.
