Thanks for your prompt attention. I have actually tried that command a few times, but the problem is still not resolved. In fact, I think the symbol is not the problem because the charts still update at 15 min intervals. It's the delayed data not streaming continuously (like it used it be) and all my charts are "static" and only getting updated at 15 min interval. I hope I have explained the issue clearly. Thanks
