Regarding the missing data for that symbol, follow the instructions here:

Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings

and uncheck Use Custom Symbol Settings Values on that Global Symbol Settings window.

Once that is done, then reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

If there still is this same problem, then delete the chart data file:
