So I have Amp checking this out, but they said it happened on my end. I now have a suspicion of why this might have occurred. Correct me if I am wrong. I had positions in two markets and when I clicked on the “Flatten All” button via the “Trade Positions” window a confirmation box comes up. I did not click on the confirmation box, but rather I closed Sierra Charts and when I reopened Sierra Charts, the confirmation box was gone and my positions were flattened. Does this happen by design or is this a problem. To reiterate, I never clicked on the confirmation box. Please advise.
