Why are the Numbers Bars Calculated values 2 all 0? In Depth of Market Data, I can't find Bid Ask Difference or Bid Ask Pull Stack Difference, and Bid Stack/Pull Value and Ask Stack/Pull Value don't show up either. These are not provided in CQG data? In Depth of Market Data, bid/ask show as bars, but I want numbers. What I'm really looking for is Depth of Market levels, not Depth of Market Data, but I can't find this study.
