There can be a couple of different causes of this. One can be a price multiplier issue from CQG which we have seen in the past or due to an unusual usage scenario.

The first thing to do is to update Sierra Chart to the latest prerelease:
Software Download: Fast Update

And then:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
