First, there are only 2 data feeds. The Sierra Chart Order Routing Feature is for Order Routing, although it does require that you get the data from us as either the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed or the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

Here are the answers to your questions:
1. No, Denali is just the product name for that data feed.

2. Yes, if you are using the Sierra Chart Order Routing service and you want the data for the full CME Group, but only require Market Depth for symbols on the CME exchange. If you are not using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, then the $20 fee changes to $25.

3. Yes, you need to have a funded futures trading account in order to get the Non-Professional exchange rates from the CME Group.

4. You cannot use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group. That is the difference between the two feeds. The Denali Exchange Data Feed is for the CME Group, and the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed is for all other exchanges.

5. We do not understand this question. We do not know what you mean by the "current SC Connection to AMP". When using Sierra Chart with AMP, you can get your trades cleared through either CQG or the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service (those are the two services that we both support). We recommend the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
