We need for you to log into the Support Board using that same Account Name. The easiest way to do this is to logout of the Sierra Chart website, and then select Help >> Support Board from within the Sierra Chart software. This will then log you into the Sierra Chart website using the Account Name that you use with your Sierra Chart. Otherwise, we cannot see your account information in order to help troubleshoot the issues you are having. Please post again when you have logged in using the new Account Name.
