Go to the following directory on your system: C:\Users\Default User.DESKTOP-5SRAAGU\Documents\SierraChart-Hist Then delete the directory within the above with the following name, along with all subdirectories underneath it: DownloadedInstallationFiles Then run the installation again and let us know if it worked or failed.
