There is most likely a permissions problem with the account you are logged in as when you perform the update, and where the installation is trying to install to. We would need to see the log from the installation to be able to give any additional information. You can do this by selecting the button on the Installation window named Send Log to Support located in the upper right corner of the window, after you have attempted an install and it fails. Then let us know that you have sent the log.
