Oh I see...you guys updated the SCDateTime class. So as a result, I lost 8 years worth of paid custom studies (programmers often charge double for the source code) and all the chartbooks I have built over the years. Maybe next time come up with a less costly and destructive solution to your long time customers. Thx.
I recommend making a backup of the charts also in the form of collections of studies. If you have a backup of your Charts, it will not be difficult to create a "new installation" in a separate folder of the old "still working" version and save the charts there as a collection and then run them in the latest version.

Studies are a problem, but even that can be fixed. You program it yourself so you can modify in the future. Maybe you can not if you have at least screenshoots, everything can be made again. Send DM if you want ...

We have never heard of any programmer charging double for the source code.
In add-on software (also outside Sierrachart) this is quite common and also understandable. It is not important that this is only an add-on and not the main software. Additional work and questions arise when describing the code created in the comments. In addition, it is quite common for source code not to be provided at all. This can happen in some fan communities, but certainly not on a professional level.
It's the same as your users should have automatically access to the source code of your Sierrachart main app... and that's nonsense ...
