SC markets its ability to check balances and manage trades on its web interface (Trade Account Data and Order Entry page). Note that I am not referring to the ability of the SC sw to check trades and balances. What is your explanation to the fact that account balances are unchanged after various trades during the day? What are your plans to fix a functionality that is being promised but not delivered?
