To start with, we (Sierra Chart) is not a broker. In order to make trades, you will need to have a broker. It looks like you were using AMP in the past. If you still have an account with AMP and if you are still using the same account that was setup with the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, then that setup is still in place and you will not need to make any changes for that.

We do not know the status of your account with AMP, you will need to ask them about this. And the only reason we bring this is up is that we see that you were paying for your Sierra Chart through AMP previously, but that has changed, as we just want to make sure that your trading information has not changed with them.

Assuming that you are continuing with the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service with AMP as your broker, then you are charged $0.10 USD per side for Order Routing Fees from us (Sierra Chart) and AMP will charge you their brokerage fees.

With regards to the packages, it just depends on your needs. You mention Numbers Bars, which are only available through Package 5, so if you use the Numbers Bars, then you will want to have Package 5. You can see the differences in the packages and their pricing on this page:

With regards to the Red Box, we do not know what exactly you are referring to. You are not getting charged for it, unless it is something from a 3rd party study that you have purchased. If you give us a screenshot showing it, then we can tell you what it is. Refer to the following information for how to take a screenshot and attach it to this post:

You should be receiving Real-Time data for data from the CME Group (including the ES symbol). If you are not getting Real-Time data then check to make sure that the option for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is Enabled. Refer to the information here:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings)
