You are definitely using the right command. The starting date for that contract is going to be : 2019-12-08. You can also set that as the starting date in the chart through this setting: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/ChartSettings.html#UseDateRangeFromTo You should not be seeing any data earlier than that date if the chart is not set to be a continuous futures contract chart.
