I go to the chart (which is an intraday chart), select Edit>Delete All Data and Download. When I click it, a window opens that asks to confirm intraday data download for ESH1 starting at 00:00:00, I clicked yes. Upon completing the download the gap is still present. In a previous response, you all mentioned that the start date for this symbol in TransAct is 2019/12/08, does this date need to be inputted somewhere in the chart settings? |
