On this page, you will find 2 agreements that need to be filled out and signed under the Real-Time Data Agreements section. You may need to scroll down just a bit to see them. They are named the following: Uniform Subscriber Agreement CME Non-Professional Certification Click the link for each one of these and fill out the information and click the Submit button.
