You needed to activate the Data Feed itself first. Then you can choose the exchange. We have taken care of this for you and activated the exchange. You should be receiving real-time data now. If not, then select File >> Disconnect, then File >> Connect to Data Feed. Note that the data feed is free for the remainder of this month, but you will need to pay for them starting on January 1, 2021. The total cost for the data feed with the selected exchange is $56.20 USD. So make sure you have enough funds in your account before January 1, 2021 to cover the cost of the data feed and your Sierra Chart usage time.
