The custom sound files are in the default C:\SierraChart\AlertSounds directory. I am able to play them with Windows Media Player. However, when I click your [test sound] button I get what sounds like a Windows Error chime. I'm attaching more detailed screen shots, showing the path. Is it possible that some .wav files are not compatible with your playback mechanism? I used this online tool to create them... https://www.kukarella.com/text-to-voice-converter As I mentioned, they do play fine under Windows Media Player, and they are indeed .wav files.
