We do not provide support for Interactive Brokers data. We see you are using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed with the US equities data and currently we do not provide market depth/Level 2 data for US equities. So you will not have access to that. We expect to offer that probably in the second quarter of 2021. When using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for US equities data we really recommend setting Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to SC Data-All Services, and not involving Interactive Brokers.
