On 2014-02-04 I posted a message, to which I received a response.

I have followed the instructions in that response. I am still not able to get the data feed to work.

My charts work properly when I am using Barchart data feed service direct from Barchart and they work properly with I select SC Historical Data for the Data/Trade Service Settings, using ESH4 as the symbol. The following is an image of my chart book working properly.

My TD Ameritrade account has over $500 in it.
When I switch to TD Ameritrade I get an error message DOWN LOAD FAILED, and on my charts I see SYMBOL NOT FOUND.

I have checked the box Allow Support For Sierra Data Feeds on the Data/Trade Service Settings.

It has been 1 week since I signed up for the SC Data feed and I have not been able to get it to work.

What do I need to do to get it to work?
