Yes this is correct: i'm assuming Day of week just compares the previous 5 days of the same day?
There is definitely not a problem with the Relative Volume study. Last time someone tried to claim a bug, there was nothing wrong at all. The study works just fine. You just need to understand how the calculations work. We cannot help you, unless we get that particular chart with the configured study.
