Hello I understand that the Denali Exchange Data Feed is active on my account but I cannot get live data. I have all the setting in the Data/Trade Server Settings as per the requirements in your documentation. Why no live data? Also my charts do not have any "(delayed)" after the chart, simply no live data is coming through.
