Dear Sirs, This is just to say that I have a connection error when trying to connecto to my rythmic account for real-time data. I have just sent you a copy of the log automatically through the standard procedures. I have also attached a copy of the log in .jpg format to this message. As you can see, the error I get is specifically: "Error running DTC server program C:\SierraChart\RIM\DTCBridge.exe" I would much appreciate your feedback in order to solve this issue.
