John, This is what I get when clicking on your link.

Up/Down Coloring for OHLC Bars Based on Previous and Current Close (Global Settings >> Graphics Settings >> Other)
[Link] - [Top]
When this option is enabled, and the Graph Draw Type in the chart is set to OHLC Bars (OHLC stands for Open, High, Low, Close), then the High to Low portion of a chart bar will be colored the Bar High-Low Up Color if the close of the bar is greater than or equal to the close of the previous bar.

The High to Low portion of a bar will be colored the Bar High-Low Down Color if the close of the bar is less than the close of the previous bar.

When this option is disabled, then the High to Low portion of OHLC Bars are colored based upon the comparison of the Open to Close within the same bar.

This is what I did Global Settings Graphic Settings-Global
Bar High-Low Down then I change color
Bar High-Low Up then I change the color
Bar Open then I change the color
Bar close then I change the color
but there is no change on the price chart.
