Thank you very much for all you help. I ran the above step and noticed an access code error (windows error code 5) within the log. This suggested to me that there was potentially a permission error affecting the software. It turns out the an over enthusiastic malware software had identified Sierra Chart as a threat and was denying access. Really appreciate the excellent support and help you offered me. |
