We are a bit confused by your question, as it is only possible to hide the title bar on a per chart basis (the Trading DOM is a specialized Chart). So if you want the Title Bar to be present for a Trading DOM, but not for a chart, then this is standard functionality and as long as you do not select Chart >> Hide Title Bar on the Trading DOM (or when the Trading DOM is the active chart if the Trading DOM is an Attached Window), then the title bar will stay on the Trading DOM. If you are having an issue with this somehow, or it is not working as we stated, then please give us a screenshot showing what you are dealing with so we understand the issue.
