Hello.
I have stopped receiving data for the emini and crude oil.
I have a fully activated service package 5 and my uniform subscriber agreement for delayed data has been accepted. My quote board for the current contracts and all upcoming coming contracts is now reading zero (earlier today this was showing lots of different numbers), and my market profile charts have frozen.
I have updated sierra chart to installer version 9 and this hasnt helped.
